Getting Started with External Mode Using grt

To open the External Target Interface dialog box, click the Target Interface
button. The dialog box should look like this.
Signals & Triggering
The model is nearly ready to build. Click the Signal & triggering button on the
External Mode Control Panel. This opens the
External Data Logging
Configuration
dialog box. In this dialog box, specify the following:
Click
Select All. This configures both Scope blocks in your model so that you
will be able to see the output signals in real-time.
Under the
Trigger panel, set Source to manual, Mode to normal, Duration
to 1000,andDelay to 0 (no delay).
Click the
Arm when connect to target check box.
Specify ext_comm here. This is
theMEX-filethatprovidesTCP
communication for the
executable created by the
grt
target.
