Video Preview Window Troubleshooting
When previewing the video stream, if you encounter a problem, try one of the following
solutions.
Problem Possible Solutions
Video Preview window stops
running.
• Close the preview window and reopen it.
• Verify that your image acquisition device is
working properly. Close MATLAB and run the
application that came with your device.
• Make sure no other application is using the
device.
Video Preview window displays
blank, gray window.
• Close the preview window and reopen it.
• Check memory usage. It is possible that there is
not enough memory available for the incoming
image data. To increase the memory allocation,
use the imaqmem function and specify a higher
value for the FrameMemoryLimit.
